The Easton XL3 is part of Easton's Power Brigade XL Series. The XL Series gives the player more power with bigger and stronger hits due to its higher mass. XL Series bats feature smaller length to weight ratios, extra-long barrels, all with a slight end load.

The XL3 features a one-piece design made with THT Scandium Alloy that provides the player with solid durability and a larger alloy sweet spot. Wrapped around the ultra-thin handle is a Performance Diamond Grip ensuring comfort, control and zero sting or vibrations.
